LungPoint is a powerful new platform for computer-assisted, image-guided bronchoscopic navigation that is intuitive and easy to use. LungPoint provides a map and directions through the lung airways to a target such as a lung nodule. Interventional bronchoscopists use LungPoint for planning and guidance toward target locations in or adjacent to the airways, where a diagnostic or therapeutic procedure is to be performed. The software requires thin slice, high resolution CT images and utilizes off-the-shelf computer hardware. |
